ATLANTA, GA. – January 23, 2023

We are pleased to announce Handler’s launch of a search for InformData’s Vice President, Human Resources.

InformData is the leading wholesale data provider to the background screening industry transforming how Consumer Reporting Agencies (CRAs) help businesses make decisions about their most valuable assets: people.

This executive will serve as the subject matter expert and advisor to the organization and lead people strategy and programs, total rewards, culture, communications, performance management, engagement, and legal compliance.  It is a hybrid workplace role with company headquarters in Kennesaw, Georgia. We seek only Atlanta residents for consideration.

The ideal candidate will bring a progressive HR career of 7+ years in building and managing across all HR disciplines in a multi-state organization of at least 500 employees.  We seek a candidate with success in managing/ integrating HR systems with a deep understanding of HR related concerns of mergers and acquisitions. The successful candidate should be excited to build, inspire, and hold accountable the team of human resources professionals. Finally, the candidate must possess a strong financial acumen understanding the business impact of human resources programs with experience working in a private equity owned environment.
