Handler Announces Director, Payroll Services Search for Genuine Parts Company
ATLANTA, GA. – April 9, 2024
We are pleased to announce Handler’s launch of a search for Genuine Parts Company to hire a Director, Payroll Services. Many know this company under its popular “NAPA” brand.
The Director, Payroll Services is responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining GPC’s payroll operations processes while leading a team of payroll professionals toward shared success.
The role oversees the processes and governance of the Payroll Services team. Collaborating closely with partners in Finance, Human Resources, and the Employee Service Center, the role ensures successful payroll activities and compliance with policies and relevant legislation. The Director acts as the subject matter expert for executive stakeholders on payroll strategy and services and provides continued operational excellence to drive GPC’s strategic priorities forward.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of Director level payroll services experience with large US-based companies with national and international locations.
Education Requirement — Bachelor’s degree required with a concentration in Finance or Business, an MBA preferred.
