Handler Announces Chief Operating Officer search for PermaTherm
ATLANTA, GA. – January 13, 2025
We are pleased to announce Handler’s launch of a search for PermaTherm to hire a Chief Operating Officer .
The COO will hold a critical leadership role, shaping the organization’s future with a commitment to integrity and its core values. Partnering closely with the executive leadership team, the COO will oversee all aspects of P&L management, including the development of annual business plans, sales forecasts, and budgets. The role also involves contributing to the creation of a 5-year strategic plan and ensuring the successful achievement of the company’s long-term objectives.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the insulated metal panels or related building materials industry. They will possess advanced financial acumen, a growth-oriented mindset, and excellent analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making. In addition, a proven record in strategic planning, technical expertise, and full P&L responsibility is essential.
Education Requirement – Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business required, Master of Business Administration (MBA), preferred
