Specifically, we seek a candidate with 15+ years in a chief executive role of a privately-held company with experience working in a manufacturing company with employee size in the 100-500 range. The successful candidate will be an inspirational, yet humble leader with a proven experience of driving incomparable team morale and productivity with the ability to develop next generation top leadership. We seek demonstrated success in strategic planning and a leader who possesses the technical skills and financial acumen with a focus on innovation. The educational requirement is a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Masters of Business (MBA), preferred.
