Handler Announces Director, Leave of Absence and Benefits Administration search for Genuine Parts Company

We are pleased to announce Handler’s launch of a search for Genuine Parts Company to hire a Director, Leave of Absence and Benefits Administration .
The Director, Leave of Absence and Benefits Administration leads the operational strategy and execution of GPC’s U.S. leave of absence and benefits programs, supporting all U.S. based employees. This leader is responsible for developing a high performing team of leave and benefits professionals, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards, and managing outsourced vendor relations
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of progressive experience in leave of absence and benefits administration within a large, publicly traded, multi-state organization supporting a workforce of 20,000+ employees. A minimum of five years in progressive leadership roles is required. Extensive expertise in managing relationships with outsourced providers is essential.
Education Requirement – A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is required. A Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred.
