Handler proudly announces the launch of an executive search for Sky Beam Capital to hire a Director of Loan Servicing and Accounting.
The Director of Loan Servicing and Accounting plays a key leadership role as our client continues its transformational and dynamic vision of growth, this newly created role is an extraordinary career opportunity for an operations / financial executive to make a significant impact. This is a highly visible and critical part of the future development and expansion of the organization.
The ideal candidate for this role should possess a strong financial acumen with at least 5 years of experience in loan servicing. This person must have a comprehensive background in overseeing various accounting functions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, asset, cost, tax accounting and audits, as a prerequisite .
This executive must possess knowledge and experience in mortgage lending and/or real estate investing with an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Finally, the successful candidate will have a proven record of leading and developing a high performing team.
